To put experience to work. SER Jobs for Progress helps low-income seniors, many with multiple barriers to employment, get the training they need to find good jobs in their local communities.

We place seniors 55 or older on low-income at a non profit Host Agency for training. They get the minimum wage and work 20 hours per week.
