Board and care for adults with developmental disabilities.

Nonprofit, ecumenical housing ministry that provides affordable housing to low-income families. Partner families must qualify and purchase home through no-interest loans provided by Habitat. Partner families must also contribute sweat equity.

The City of Sonoras Homebuyers Assistance Loan Program is designed to assist low income families in the purchase of a home within the City of Sonora. Funding for the program is derived from the Community Block Grant (CDBG) Program.

Foster family placements for adults with developmental disabilities.

The City currently has Three Housing Rehabilitation Loan Programs; Low Income Home Owners Program; Low Income Rental Program; Deferred Loan Program. Each program is designed to provide for low-interest loans to be used for needed housing repairs.

Six bed, board, and care home for adults with moderate to severe developmental disabilities.
